  • Grated carrot - 50 grams
  • Chopped onion - 50 grams
  • Garlic clove - 1, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for cooking)
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Homemade sauce (yogurt, lemon juice, and mustard) - 4 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the buckwheat flour, cooked lentils, grated carrot, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
