- Grated carrot - 50 grams
- Chopped onion - 50 grams

- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for cooking)
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Homemade sauce (yogurt, lemon juice, and mustard) - 4 tablespoons
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the buckwheat flour, cooked lentils, grated carrot, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Use your hands to form the mixture into two burger patties.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the homemade sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, and mustard in a small bowl.
- To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a patty, sliced tomato, and avocado.
- Drizzle the homemade sauce over the avocado, then top with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
