- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
