  • Romaine lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the merguez sausage with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form the sausage mixture into two patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
