  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced

  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the lettuce wraps by rinsing the lettuce leaves and patting them dry.
  5. Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a lettuce leaf and topping with cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, red onion, and cucumber slices.
