  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine quail breasts with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the marinated quail breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
