- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon

- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine quail breasts with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
