- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Large lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 leaves
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Avocado - 1 small, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and form each into a patty.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, add the crumbled Roquefort cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the lettuce leaves and slice the avocado.
