- Egg - 1 large
- Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped onion - 50 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Sliced tomatoes - 100 grams
- Sliced cucumber - 100 grams
- Sliced pickles - 50 grams
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, chopped parsley, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty about 2 cm thick.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the lettuce leaves by washing and drying them thoroughly.
- Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers by placing each patty inside two large lettuce leaves. Spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard on each patty.
- Top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and pickles as desired.
