- Bell pepper, cubed - 100 grams
- Zucchini, sliced - 100 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add the cubed lamb shoulder into the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
