- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

- Mixed salad greens - 50 grams
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Avocado - 1/2, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, thyme, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
- Cut the halal beef steak into thick slices and add it to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
