  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Sliced avocado - 1 small
  • Tomato, sliced - 1 medium
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/4 medium

Steps

  1. In a food processor, combine the cod, shrimp, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still has some texture.
  2. Form the mixture into two patties and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to firm up.
