- Boudin Noir (blood sausage) - 200 grams

- Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 50 grams, sliced
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chopped thyme, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Slice the boudin noir into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Brush the boudin noir slices with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
