Ingredients

  • Boudin Noir (blood sausage) - 200 grams

  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 50 grams, sliced
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chopped thyme, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Slice the boudin noir into 1-inch thick pieces.
  4. Brush the boudin noir slices with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
  5. Place the boudin noir on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until heated through and slightly charred.
