- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the beef steak to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef marinates, prepare the vegetables by tossing cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper in a bowl with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the beef from the marinade and let it rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.
- Grill the beef for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is achieved.
