Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Cut the beef sirloin into 2.5 cm cubes and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
