  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the beef sirloin into 2.5 cm cubes and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, packing them closely but not too tight.
