  • Almond flour - 100g

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and almond milk together until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add half of the butter.
  5. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, pour in a small ladle of batter (about 1/4 cup) and spread it into a round shape.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
