- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - 5 grams (chopped)
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Avocado - 1 (sliced)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped basil. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, place the sliced roasted red peppers on top of the patties to warm them.
