  • Roasted red bell peppers - 100 grams (sliced)

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - 5 grams (chopped)
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Avocado - 1 (sliced)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped basil. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, place the sliced roasted red peppers on top of the patties to warm them.
  5. To assemble the burgers, lay down two large lettuce leaves as the base, place the cooked patties with peppers on top, and add sliced avocado.
