- Bacon (diced) - 100 grams
- Crème fraîche - 100 grams
- Emmental cheese (grated) - 100 grams
- Burger buns - 2
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chives (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your grill or pan over medium heat.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the diced bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced onions and cook until they are caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside with the bacon.
- Form the ground beef into two burger patties and season with salt and black pepper.
