Ingredients

  • Lamb rack (milk-fed) - 500 grams
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and honey to create a marinade.
  2. Place the lamb rack in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the lamb is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the lamb from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and place it on the grill.
  6. Grill the lamb for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches your desired level of doneness (medium-rare is typically around 57°C/135°F).
  7. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
