- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create noodles and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced pork to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
