  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create noodles and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the sliced red bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
