- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps
- Spiralize the zucchinis using a spiralizer or julienne peeler to create noodles.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped scallions to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Push the zucchini noodles to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Mix the scrambled eggs with the zucchini noodles and pour in the soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes if using. Stir well to combine.
