Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or julienne peeler to create noodles. Place them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini noodles, egg, almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the zucchini mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza base about 1 cm thick.
