  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or julienne peeler to create noodles. Place them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini noodles, egg, almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the zucchini mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza base about 1 cm thick.
  5. Bake the zucchini crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
