- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) - 100 grams, shredded
Steps
- In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornmeal, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. In a skillet, heat a teaspoon of oil over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute, then add the grated zucchini, sweet corn, and green onions. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is soft.
- Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface to fit your pizza pan. Transfer the rolled dough to the pan.
- Spread the zucchini and corn mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
