Steps
- Prepare the fish by patting it dry with paper towels and placing it in a shallow dish.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the fish fillets.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice wine. Pour this mixture over the fish fillets.
- Top the fish with sliced ginger and chopped spring onions.
