- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine honey, gluten-free soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
