  • Black pepper - 1 gram
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, grated

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and vegetable oil.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
