Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey or chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the fermented soybean paste, soy sauce, and sugar, mixing well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter, then place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread the cooked ground meat mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat mixture.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Top with shredded carrots, julienned cucumber, and chopped green onions.
