Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground turkey or chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the fermented soybean paste, soy sauce, and sugar, mixing well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter, then place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the cooked ground meat mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat mixture.
