- Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, coconut aminos, sesame oil, chili flakes, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
