- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Honey (or date syrup for Paleo) - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 1 cm thick.
- In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the beef strips to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
