Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams, boneless and skinless
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted for garnish

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, paprika, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
