  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of chili oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and mix in diced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, and Xiangxi pickled chili. Set aside to cool slightly.
