- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of chili oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Remove the skillet from heat and mix in diced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, and Xiangxi pickled chili. Set aside to cool slightly.
