- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- green onions - 2, chopped
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced pork shoulder and chicken thigh.
- Add minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, rice wine, five-spice powder, black pepper, and red chili flakes to the meat mixture.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- While the meat is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
- After marinating, shape the meat mixture into sausage forms and thread them onto the soaked skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the grill grates with olive oil.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the sausages are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
