  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1/2, sliced
  • Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves - a handful, for garnish
  • Chili flakes - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a marinade.
  3. Toss the sliced red bell pepper, mushrooms, and zucchini in the marinade until well coated.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a grill-safe pizza stone or directly onto the grill grates.
  6. Grill the pizza dough for about 3-4 minutes until it starts to firm up and has grill marks.
  7. Flip the pizza dough and spread the soy sauce evenly over the top.
  8. Arrange the marinated vegetables evenly on top of the grilled side of the dough.
  9. Drizzle chili oil on top and sprinkle with chili flakes and salt to taste.
  10. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the dough is fully cooked.
  11. Remove the pizza from the grill, garnish with chopped green onions and coriander leaves, and slice to serve.
