- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Green onions, chopped - 2 (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp (for garnish)
Steps
- Cook the gluten-free rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and snow peas to the pan, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
- Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until the noodles are heated through and well coated in the sauce, about 2 minutes.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the noodles and toss again.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
