  • Ginger - 1 inch, minced
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili paste - 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  7. Add the chopped spring onions, stirring for another minute before removing from heat.
