- Water - 4 tablespoons
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 100g
- Squid, cleaned and sliced - 100g
- Fish fillet (white fish) - 100g
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
- Spring onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt, egg, and olive oil. Gradually add water until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a 25cm (10-inch) tart pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Poke holes with a fork to prevent bubbling.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove and set aside to cool.
- In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, squid, and fish fillet to the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes until seafood is opaque and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and chopped spring onions. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Spoon the seafood mixture into the pre-baked tart crust, spreading it evenly.
- Return the tart to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
