  • Soy sauce - 15 ml
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  4. While the dough is rising, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground lamb, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, and soy sauce. Cook until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface to a thin circle (about 10 inches in diameter). Transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
