  • Shredded cabbage - 50 grams
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Minced garlic - 1 clove
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut aminos - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paleo-friendly wonton wrappers - 10 pieces
  • Chili oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine ground pork, shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, coconut aminos, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully drop the wontons into the boiling water in batches and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
  4. In a small bowl, combine chili oil and sesame oil. Drizzle the oil mixture over the cooked wontons.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
