- Shredded cabbage - 50 grams

- Minced garlic - 1 clove
- Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
- Coconut aminos - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paleo-friendly wonton wrappers - 10 pieces
- Chili oil - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lime wedges - for serving
Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, coconut aminos, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully drop the wontons into the boiling water in batches and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
