- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Sriracha sauce - for serving
- Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
- Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped green onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into 2 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the wonton wrappers. In a separate pan, heat a small amount of oil and fry each wonton wrapper for about 30 seconds on each side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
