- Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium (150 grams)
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the wok and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque, then remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the shrimp to the wok, pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
