Ingredients

  • Bok choy - 200 grams
  • Chinese broccoli (gai lan) - 150 grams
  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the bok choy, Chinese broccoli, and snow peas. Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise and chop the Chinese broccoli into 5 cm pieces.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the bok choy and Chinese broccoli to the wok, stirring continuously for about 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
  5. Add the snow peas and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until all the greens are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle with chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
