- Eggs - 4 large
- Spring onions - 2 stalks, chopped

- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high, and add the crab meat, cooking for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Push the crab meat to one side of the wok and add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
