Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (low-sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions, sliced - 2 stalks
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 100 grams
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets and sliced red bell pepper to the wok, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce and sprinkle in the red chili flakes, stirring well to combine.
  5. Add the sliced green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
