- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Spring onions - 2, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Green peas - 100 grams

Steps
- Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture for about 15 minutes.
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and toss them in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
