  • Soy protein strips - 200 grams

  • Vegetable broth - 100 ml
  • Fresh lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the soy protein strips with cornstarch until well coated.
