- Water - 50 ml
- Chili oil (optional) - to taste
- Green onions - 2, sliced for garnish
- Cilantro - a handful, chopped for garnish
Steps
- In a medium pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and soy sauce, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
