- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Bell pepper (mixed colors) - 1 cup, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 1 cup
- Snow peas - 1/2 cup
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (or vegetarian oyster sauce) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking tray.
- Brush the pizza base with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pre-bake for 5 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, julienned carrots, broccoli florets, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
- Remove the pre-baked pizza crust from the oven and evenly distribute the stir-fried vegetable mixture over the base.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
