Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Bell pepper (mixed colors) - 1 cup, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Broccoli florets - 1 cup
  • Snow peas - 1/2 cup
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (or vegetarian oyster sauce) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking tray.
  3. Brush the pizza base with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pre-bake for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add the sliced bell peppers, julienned carrots, broccoli florets, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
  9. Remove the pre-baked pizza crust from the oven and evenly distribute the stir-fried vegetable mixture over the base.
  10. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and add red pepper flakes if desired.
  11. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
