Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 150 grams

  • Snow Peas - 100 grams
  • Green Onion - 2 stalks
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon (grated)
  • Soy Sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets, slice the carrot into thin strips, and cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
