  • soba noodles - 200 grams
  • carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • snap peas - 100 grams
  • green onion - 2, chopped
  • garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking, then set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
