Ingredients

  • Red onion - 1 small, cut into wedges
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, carrot, and red onion to the marinade, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
