- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, carrot, and red onion to the marinade, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
