Steps
- Prepare all vegetables by washing and cutting them into thin strips or julienne.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked jasmine rice with the soy sauce, sesame oil, and lemon juice.
- Soak one rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.
- Place the soaked rice paper on a clean surface and add a small amount of the rice mixture in the center, followed by a handful of the prepared vegetables and some coriander leaves.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to form a roll.
- Repeat the process for the remaining rice paper sheets and filling.
