- Snap peas - 100g, trimmed
- Green onion - 2, sliced
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 150g
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and trimmed snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce and half of the sliced green onions, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables, followed by chili flakes if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with the remaining sliced green onions and chopped cilantro before slicing and serving.
