  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Snap peas - 100g, trimmed
  • Green onion - 2, sliced
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 150g
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and trimmed snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and half of the sliced green onions, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables, followed by chili flakes if using.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
